Slots, Chamfers, Access Openings and Holes are Typically Added to Structural Components Used in Assemblies Such as Custom Metal Cabinets, Trailers and Process Equipment.

Bending/Forming:
Hydraulic Presses are Designed and Built at FSC, Inc. to Suit the Requirements of Specific Jobs. Used in Conjunction with Custom Designed Punch and Die Sets, FSC, Inc. Can Produce at Production Rates, as Designed, Bent/Formed Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Components.
Drilling and Tapping:
Production Drilling and Tapping for 1/8" to 3.0" holes in Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Materials is Available. Using Industrial Drill Presses or Milling Machines Tolerances From +/- 0.030 to +/- 0.010 are Achievable.
